我国生活着大量的盲人,虽然我国有很多盲道,但盲道的铺设并不令人满意,建筑工人在铺设盲道时常常不会考虑到盲道的实用性。导致很大一部分的盲道都存在着设计不合理、被损坏或被树木等障碍物截断的问题。这样不合理的盲道设计不但帮不了盲人正常出行,甚至可能会威胁到盲人的生命安全。
Tactile Paving Printer是一种专为盲道维修而设计的3D打印无人驾驶车辆,它使用水泥作为基础材料,可以针对存在不同问题的盲道进行相应维护、修复、简化或优化。 此外Tactile Paving Printer也可以用于日常生活中对人行道的维护,它不仅可以帮助城市管理者完善盲道系统,而且可以节省因盲道维修造成的大量人工成本,经济环保且技术可行。
There are a large number of blind people living in our country. Although there are many tactile pavings in China,but the basic tactile pavings construction is not satisfactory.The construction workers often don't consider the practicality of the tactile tracks when laying the tactile pavings. As a result, a large part of the tactile pavings have the problems of unreasonable design, being damaged or being cut off by obstacles such as trees. The unresaonable design of tactile pavings not only can't help the blind , but also seriously threatened the safety of the blind.
Tactile Paving Printer is a 3D printed driverless vehicle specially designed for tactile pavings' repairs. It uses cement as a basic material to maintain, repair, simplify or optimize tactile pavings with different problems. In addition, Tactile Paving Printer can also be used to maintain sidewalks in daily life. It can not only help city managers improve the blind track system, but also save a lot of labor cost caused by the maintenance of blind roads, and the technology is feasible.
